How much does manual administration really cost?
Completing attendance records, writing emails and calling with leave requests - 15 minutes per week per employee
15 min x 4 weeks = 1 hour per month
Administration - entering data into systems, searching for documents, receiving emails - 30 minutes per month gross
We assume:
- cost of an employee's hour: PLN 35 gross
- cost of administrative work per hour: PLN 55 gross
For 1 employee / month:
- Employee: 1 hour × PLN 35 = PLN 35
- Administration: 0.5 hour × PLN 55 = PLN 27.50
- TOTAL: PLN 62.50 / month
For 50 employees:
